Lovely hotel. I come here each year and it's quiet and calm. The park nearby is a bonus, as are the spacious rooms and friendly staff. Thank you for the lovely stay again!

recommend it as we had a good experience here. we liked the hotel, it was nice looking and pleasant and had stunning location near the train station, the restaurant and bar and the centre of monchengladbach and the beautiful bunter garten. the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, offered great services. the breakfast was wonderful and varied, the check in was fast.

The hotel's location was very convenient as it was close to DUS airport and the city center.

Hotel is clean, quiet. At the reception all the friendly, always ready to help. Room is big, with a good bathroom, (bath and shower, bidet) It is very convenient that the restaurant is open all day until 11 pm, at any time of the day you can eat delicious food.

Although I booked a room with free cancellation before the day of arrival on December 12th, full amount was reserved on December 7th immediately after booking (it was a large amount for me which I could not use). Usually a smaller amount is reserved and full payment is made upon check-out. pillows are very uncomfortable, half empty. piece of soap was added once in 10 days. Maids constantly touched toothbrushes (taken out of the cups in the bathroom), there was no towel for a bidet. Unfortunately, remarks didn't help.

Nice touch with air conditioning in the rooms! the area where this place is situated is just lovely, really beautiful. 🌳

Definitely coming here again when in Monchengladbach, it was a nice stay. the property is fairly clean and nicely decorated! - the hotel's location is magnificent and the staff are pleasant and accommodating.

Nice hotel beside a lovely park. Room was comfortable, nice size, good bed and good size bathroom. Good breakfast, if a bit dear, helpful staff. Disappointed no tea making facility or safe in room. Expected a bar and/or sitting area. You say we had booked superior rooms, I would not say the rooms we had were superior. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would probably stay again..

I loved staying at this hotel near the park, where I could go for a run instead of using the gym. The staff was helpful, and the hotel facilities were excellent. I also appreciated the fact that this hotel offered transportation to the main travel links for nearby areas.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Germany. The employees were polite and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed that provided a great night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a variety of delicious options. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.
